WHAT IS DLRC?

Founded in 2015, DriveChange Learning and Resource Centre (DLRC) is an NEP-compliant, immersive and experiential learning centre with students from Senior KG to Grade 12.

Driving change through our ‘Head, Heart and Hands’ approach to pedagogy and curriculum.

Learning that is immersive, experiential and transformative.

Resource hub featuring a shared library, labs and vibrant campus.

Centre for students, educators, parents and the local community to thrive together.

We have developed a unique experiential curriculum for Senior KG to Grade 8, fostering hands-on, inquiry-based learning. Our high school program follows the internationally recognized Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE/A Levels). Across all grades, we remain deeply rooted in local culture and real-world learning through nature treks, an enrichment club, a state-of-the-art design lab, and three well-stocked libraries. Over the years, eight cohorts of students have successfully graduated from DLRC.

Our founders, Meenakshi, Ajay, and Pavan, started DLRC in 2015 in a rented bungalow with just two students in Grade 9, driven by their evolving vision of education and the needs of independent learners.

Within two years, DLRC had grown to 55 students, prompting a move to a larger, nature-integrated space. The founders found a farm in Sus-Baner, where students played a key role in shaping the campus—moving earth, building unique wooden structures, and creating classrooms.

What began as a high school program soon expanded across all grades. Our dream is simple: Every neighborhood deserves a DLRC.”

At DLRC, the new way of learning social studies not as a bunch of facts but as a subject of analysis and deeper understanding with logic really made my daughter appreciate social studies with an interesting approach. Thanks to your team for bringing in this understanding. The SDL and SLC are no doubt superb initiatives spearheaded by the school that is bringing out better learning approaches in children and making them independent learners.
