DriveChange Learning and Resource Centre (DLRC) is a K-12 experiential learning space in Pune, dedicated to educating for sustainability.The campus is designed with eco-friendly elements such as bamboo and wood classrooms and hosts vibrant spaces such as Hindi, Marathi and English libraries, physics, chemistry and biology science labs, design lab, two playgrounds, an amphitheatre, music room, rice farm, vegetable farm, wood working space and much more.
We are a driven, imaginative, and creative team, with lots of freedom to explore and create our curriculum. We offer continuous professional development and competitive remuneration. We are looking for educators and professionals for an experiential, collaborative and evolving learning space in Pune.

Primary program Social Studies & Science Facilitator
• Facilitate Social Studies and Science in the Primary grades.
• Design hands on, experiential learning connected to children's immediate environment.
• Plan and co facilitate lessons as part of a collaborative team.
• Bring curiosity, warmth and a willingness to learn.
Middle program Social Studies Facilitator
• Facilitate Social Studies across the Middle School grades.
• Make history, geography and social sciences relevant and connected to the real world.
• Design inquiry based and experiential learning experiences.
• Collaborate closely with co facilitators and the wider academic team.
High program Geography Facilitator
• Facilitate Geography at the IGCSE and/or AS & A Level.
• Have strong subject knowledge and an interest in contemporary environmental and geographical issues.
• Design engaging field based, inquiry based and experiential learning.
• Support learners with Cambridge assessments and examinations.
High program Program Coordinator
• Coordinate the academic and day to day functioning of the High School program.
• Support facilitators with planning, curriculum, assessments and timelines.
• Coordinate communication across learners, facilitators, parents and leadership.
• Bring strong organisational skills, ownership and an understanding of secondary education.
Admissions Counsellor
• Be the first point of connection for families interested in DLRC.
• Help families understand DLRC's philosophy, programs and admissions process.
• Manage enquiries, campus visits, applications and admissions follow ups.
• Communicate warmly, clearly and efficiently with prospective families.
Academic Mentor
• Mentor facilitators across grades in planning, pedagogy and classroom practice.
• Observe learning spaces and provide constructive, practical feedback.
• Support curriculum development, assessment and professional learning.
• Help strengthen the quality and consistency of teaching and learning across DLRC.
