Drive Change Learning and Resource Centre (DLRC) is a progressive K-12 learning centre located in Pune. Role: Primary Science and Mathematics Facilitator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary grades Science and Mathematics Teacher at DLRC Pune. The role involves creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive lessons, facilitating effective communication with students and colleagues, providing training and support to students, and fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications

Experience in Lesson Planning and Teaching
Strong background in Education and Training
Effective Communication skills
Passion for teaching Science and Mathematics
Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field
Previous experience in a K-12 environment is a plus

Role: Content Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Developer at DLRC Pune. The Content Developer will be responsible for creating engaging long form and short form content (from blogs to social media posts), technical writing (e.g., write ups about certain topics/subjects) and communication tasks. The role entails working closely with the founder, Mona Dalmia, to document the holistic learning environment.

Qualifications

Content Development and Writing skills
Strong Communication skills
Some experience in educational content development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communications, or related field
