Primary

On 22nd September, our primary students came together during their Homeroom lesson to celebrate Navratri with a lively garba session. We sincerely thank the enthusiastic Transition A and B parents who led the way by teaching the dancing steps. Dressed in festive attire, students gathered on the sports ground to dance and celebrate. Events like these help children embrace the values of respect, empathy, and cultural appreciation.

Spotlight

On September 20th, the DLRC campus hosted a community chess tournament that saw an impressive turnout of 50 players battle it out on the chessboard. With the sun out and shining bright, the campus witnessed players in four categories — U-10, U-14, U-18 and Open — using every strategy in the book to defeat their opponents in the Blitz format. This war without bloodshed requires brainpower, patience, stamina and the ability to think ahead. It was quite a sight to watch the players make their moves with intense focus! The winners were awarded trophies, certificates, goodie bags, millet protein bars, and fruits.

Middle

Our Grade 12 students are preparing for their A level Cambridge exams with revision lessons. Our student quiz master Garv brought Chemistry revision to life with an exciting online game! From the first question to the last, every student was hooked — cheering, competing, and laughing their way through concepts. With 100% participation, it was a perfect blend of learning and fun, proving once again that gamification + technology = happy minds and sharper brains!

High

The Media and Literary Enrichment Club of Grades 7 and 8 hosted a screening of Your Name (2016). The session explored diverse storytelling techniques and art styles, contrasting Eastern animation (Makoto Shinkai, CoMix Wave Films) with Western traditions (Disney). Students reflected on the film’s sensitive portrayal of love and longing while appreciating its creative use of non-linear timelines.
