Meenakshi Dalmia - MSc Ecology and Sustainability, Savitribai Phule Pune University; BEd, Antioch University; MEd, Boston University; BSc Physics, Calcutta University; Diploma in Waldorf Education, Sacramento Waldorf School; Diploma in Child Brain Development, IAHP 

Meenakshi cofounded DLRC in 2015 and has been at the heart of its educational vision and philosophy. She shapes DLRC’s pedagogy and curriculum, leads professional development, and creates the systems and processes that ensure a dynamic, holistic learning environment for the community. She facilitates classes in Environment Management and career dialogue. Meenakshi holds a Masters in Education from Boston University and an MSc in Ecology and Sustainability from Pune University. She also has a Diploma in Waldorf Education, a Diploma in Child Brain Development, and is a certified Cambridge teacher development leader. She draws inspiration from travelling, trekking, writing, dancing and films. Her curiosity for ideas and the world continues to fuel her commitment to transformative education.

Ajay Dalmia - MBA Marketing and Finance, University of Michigan; MSc Mechanical Engineering, University of Akron

Ajay co-founded DLRC in 2015 with a strong belief for eco-friendly engineering and a commitment to progressive, hands-on education. He leads DLRC’s financial management, campus management and the Social Impact Program (SIP). He also facilitates classes in History, and Accounting. Ajay holds a MBA in Marketing & Finance from the University of Michigan, and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from University of Akron. After spending 20 years in the corporate world, he plunged into education as the General Manager of a K-12 school in Bali, Indonesia. Ajay has cycled to some of the world’s highest motorable points, embodying the perseverance and exploration he fosters within the community.
