About the walk :

Pune GPO - the 150 year old colonial structure hosts the headquarters of Pune Postal Circle. With many heritage aspects in the premises, such as a Victorian era postbox, the GPO is a unique place in this part of the Pune City.

Zero mile stone - witness to the social, economic, and cultural changes in Pune over a course of almost 200 years, the zero stone is the location where the distances to Pune from all around reaches zero! The site is surrounded by an open exhibition about the first mapping and survey of India.

St Paul's Church - a beautiful structure built in Victorian revival Gothic architecture.

Jewish cemetery - an evidence Pune's Jewish inhabitants and an ode to the multicultural identity of our city.

Join us to explore this colonial area on 19th August and journey the multifaceted history of Pune.
