Immersing yourself in a forest is important for both your physical and mental health. Spending time in nature has been proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve mood. Forests, in particular, have a unique ability to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety. This is due in part to the natural sounds and smells of the forest, as well as the calming effect of the greenery. When you immerse yourself in a forest, you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and connect with nature in a way that is both restorative and rejuvenating. Additionally, spending time in a forest has been shown to boost the immune system and improve overall health. So if you're feeling stressed, anxious, or just in need of a break, consider taking a walk in the forest and experiencing the many benefits that nature has to offer.
Followed by the Forest Walk, we will spend ~2 Hours under a serene night sky. Away from the light pollution and air pollution of the city, we will get to see a great amount of stars. Explore the night sky with its stars, planets, constellations and stories around them. The date is also close to a New Moon day, hence there's even more darker sky, and a chance to see even fainter stars. So Join us for a star studded evening.
